Check In Guides

Step 1:

- Prepare your booking confirmation code and booking guest name.

Step 2:

- Proceed to the reception counter and show them your confirmation to your marvelous staycation.

Step 3:

- Pay any security deposit if required and collect your key for your enjoyable stay.

Step 4:

- Once collected your access card and key, do proceed to the guest lift and proceed to your wonderful room.

Remark:

Check in time breakdown as below:

- Normal booking thru Agoda/Booking.com/Agodahome/Airbnb/Traveloka/Ctrip/Direct Phone Booking.

• Check In by 3pm to 10pm to your arrival date and check out before 12pm on your departure date. Please drop a message to our WhatsApp +6012 579 4008 bout your estimate arrival time, after 10pm will not be allowed to check in.

• Early check in / late check out is subject to availability with additional charges applied.
